More Description:

  • This map will receive new updates assuming bugs are discovered. One planned update is for the map to receive the invasion mode adapted to the map whenever the BluePrint for the mode becomes available to the public to use and mod. Do not worry, all assets required to play on the map are included so sit back relax and enjoy the map. More AOC maps to come. If you have any AOC map you might like to see in mordhau please feel free to let me know. Being that the BP for invasion isn't avalible I am looking into porting TDM, SKM, and FFA maps from AOC. My current map I am working on porting is AOC_HelmsDeep which is a Team Objective-style map that was being ported over for a while. Once I finish porting that map over I'll continue over porting over AOC FightPub which is an FFA map. Minor quality of life improvements but nothing that would alter the map as to keep it original as possible
  • Regarding The Available Gamemodes:
    • I'm not sure how well they will play out on this map. The map was initially designed for a Team Objective-style gameplay. For the skirmish & free for all mode, I reduced the size of the play area to keep the players in a concentrated area. In the skirmish variant of the map whole section of buildings are cut off to keep the combat in a localized pathway as to not prolonge the map by having random people hiding in buildings.

You sir are genious. Please tell me you got all the assets and objectives from the AOC map to work, catapult, trebuche and wall damage, drawbridge/gate control, raise the bucket down the well!

At the moment the objectives don't work because the bp for invasion has not been released. Once it does I'll rig it to have objectives
In its current moment, the map is out for testing for bugs & etc. The bucket doesn't work quite well just yet so I didn't push it over to 1.2.0. As for the gate in the center of the castle, it doesn't work that aswell needs to be rigged. I was thinking of leaving it as is as a result of gameplay balance being that it is relatively hard for players to overcome the drawbridge objective. The one thing I am working on is making sure the destructive parts of the map work properly. It should come in 1.3.0 depending how long it takes to rig. The trebuchet doesn't work at the moment and only serves a decorative purpose same with the ram and catapult. For the invasion version, The catapult will be replaced with the mordhau catapult. I think i found animations for the trebuchet but Ill have to check. As for the assets, its all from the original aoc assets,

Now did you use 3rd party apps for the conversion? How about the old CS map office conversion for AOC, that was pretty epic back in the day.

Turns out the recent patch broke the auto-installer. I'd wait for patch to drop

Seems to be working fine for me. I extracted the zip and mounted the pak file. I used the command "open ffa_aoc_siege" to open the map. All three maps available should work.
